I contacted Greg by email having read about his services and feedback from others. He was successful in getting my pension claim award having been mis-sold an FSAVC in the 1990’s. I found his approach to the process to be professional, efficient and clearly effective once I had given him the information I had available. The rest he sought himself, with my permission and thereafter he kept me informed all the way about how things were progressing. I would highly recommend anyone who thinks they may have had an FSAVC mis-sold to them to conatct Greg for advice on whether he may be able to prove their case. My wife and I can firmly endorse Mr Greg Vaughan! He has recently worked over a period just on a year relentlessly pursuing our individual claims that we were missold FSAVCs back in the 1980s. His efforts to on our behalf secured a redress of considerable proportions far in excess of what the insurance company was prepared to offer. He took the matter further and appealed to the financial ombudsman who found in our favour. His communications are excellent and his fee is very fair. I sort the help of Greg Vaughan Financial Services as I thought I may have been mis sold free-standing additional voluntary contributions to my NHS pension. Even though I’d ceased paying into the pension over 15 years ago, Greg investigated and successfully managed to secure fair compensation for me, as I had indeed been mis sold. No way would I have been able to do this myself. The whole process was managed professionally and efficiently, and I was kept informed of progress every step of the way. I really felt Greg was genuinely acting in my best interest, and was able to reassure me if needed. Greg pursued a claim on my behalf for a mis sold Free Standing AVC. From the start until completion his work was of a very professional standard. I was warned that the claim would take a while, and the timescale was lengthened by covid, but Greg regularly emailed me to keep me in the picture. If he needed paperwork he sent examples to make it easier for me to identify what he required. His emails were professional, polite and friendly and I felt that I could trust him. I could never have pursued this claim myself and was so glad that Greg was able to bring my claim to a satisfactory conclusion. I would highly recommend him.
